The 28th Annual Japanese Speech Contest for Foreign Residents of Ishikawa Prefecture
As international exchange develops in Japan, there is an increasing number of people from abroad who are learning Japanese here in Ishikawa Prefecture. We would like to provide such people with an opportunity to express themselves in Japanese. We hope this contest will help in fostering better understanding and amicable friendship between the foreign nationals and the Japanese.

A meeting will be held for the participants at 12:20 on the day of the Contest explaining about the rules and criteria.
The actual contest will start at 13:00.

Eligibility
|
(1) Foreign citizens residing in Ishikawa Prefecture
(2) 15 years and above
* If a participants fail to appear by the time of meeting (12:20), he / she will not be allowed to participate.

Please fill in the necessary details in the attached application form and submit the completed application form directly by hand, mail, e-mail or fax.
The applicants will be informed about the decision regarding their applications by postcard or some other way.
